With e-LoadExpert, you get a detailed test plan, daily reports, and online access to all performance testing data and sessions during tests. At the end of an engagement, you receive a Scalability Kit, which includes the test scripts and set-up data used during the engagement, a comprehensive performance report, and load performance certification. How an e-LoadExpert Engagement Works
A typical engagement spans six-days and includes more than 25 hours of testing. Our consultants can simulate thousands or even millions of concurrent users to determine how well your application scales.
At the start of an engagement, our experts work with you to design and implement a test plan that meets your unique needs. Following a proven methodology, we begin by clearly defining the performance and evaluation criteria to be used. After the testing criteria are defined, we create test scripts that are used to load the network components supporting the application to determine whether bandwidth, load balancers, routers, switches, and other components are properly configured. These scripts are also used to identify the maximum throughput of each tier of your application.
In the following phase, we record the key business transactions of your application and load test from our remote server farms to determine how many concurrent users your application can handle. During each step, we help isolate and identify performance bottlenecks, working with you to resolve them. Finally, we create reports that summarize the test results, pinpoint problems, and suggest solutions.
Throughout the engagement, you interact with our performance consultants to track results and see how well your application is performing. We give you a full, real-time view of our load-generation machine, unlike other services that provide only a minimal view of basic performance statistics. You receive all the test results during testing, rather than after the tests have been completed, so that you can use that data to quickly and efficiently improve the performance of your application.
At the end of an engagement, we provide a comprehensive report that provides a clear view of how your application performs under stress. You will be able to use the report to find problems in your application and determine whether your vendors are adhering to their service-level agreements. In addition, with the recommendations that our consultants provide, you will be able to modify your Web infrastructure to enhance, and maintain, the performance of your application.

- Subscriptions – If you have an indefinite testing schedule, or need to test repeatedly over several months, our subscription service may be the most cost-effective choice for you. This option provides unlimited testing runs over the term of the contract.
