New version of CodeSonar increases support for Security checks
Crawley UK - January 27, 2010 - SCL, UK reseller for GrammaTech are pleased to announce the release of version 3.5p1 of CodeSonar. This release introduces a number of new features and enhancements including 'Build Security In' checks and an improved user interface.
Further support for Windows versions
All current versions of Windows, including Windows 7 and all 32 and 64-bit versions are fully supported.
'Build Security In' Checks
A number of new warning classes have been introduced to support the C/C++ coding rules provided by the Build Security In (BSI) software assurance initiative of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. For more information please visit the BSI site
Improved UI
Users can change some of the properties of a warning from the Analysis and Search Results pages without having to drill down into each warning.
Sticky token highlighting
In source code views, the highlighting of tokens can now be persistent.
