Following the deployment of IBMs Customer Experience Analytics, SCL will run a training workshop to get you up and running on the platform. Initially, we will teach you the fundamentals of the platform, how data collection works, and how to find & create reports. The next step of the training will be lead by tailored training requirements so you have the knowledge to seek crucial answers to important business questions.

SCL will then set up a series of drop-in calls so a product expert can be on hand to answer any questions you may have about reporting and data analysis. A set number of hours will be purchased, and they can be used on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. You can even choose to have daily drop-in calls should you wish to increase the intensity of the after training service.
